We make every effort to ensure details relating to prices, pictures and all other information on our website is correct. However, occasionally availability and prices can change between the time a holiday is checked on the web and our receiving your enquiry or booking instructions. We can accept no responsibility for this and only when your holiday has been confirmed by a member of our staff will the contract be binding.

 

We act as a retail agent for ATOL holders. All holidays are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the tour operators booking conditions. These booking conditions can be found in the individual tour operators literature and a copy will be sent with your booking documentation. All flight timings are provisional and subject to possible change.

 

Our tailor-made (dynamic) packages are bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority, ATOL 3701.

We accept payment by cash (in person only), cheque and major credit / debit cards. There is no charge for credit / debit card transactions.

 

ABTA protection applies to the services provided by David Urquhart Sky Travel, but does not apply to services featured on this website that are provided by any company which is not a member of ABTA.

It is necessary for information such as your name, special requirements and occasionally your address to be passed to the relevant companies supplying your travel arrangements ie your tour / cruise operator, airline etc. This information may also be checked by authorities such as customs and immigration if legally required.
